Refund Policy
Pieces are made to order and many are customized, therefore, orders are final. Personalization with engraving may require up to 8 weeks, (due to these unpredictable times),  and made to order approximately 8 weeks, depending.  Please let us know if you would like expedited order via email.  

All taxes, duties and customs applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the client and VAT taxes to Europe must be expected to be paid by the client.
